With over 12 years experience as a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and Program Manager, I'm focused on developing high performing product organizations. Partnering with Senior Leaders on their transformational journey by being mindful, transparent and coming up with a plan to tackle your biggest challenges. At the core of a servant leader, I work to better others, use level 3 listening, give space to grow, and offer acceptance. I'm a proactive and passionate collaborator, always looking for opportunities to improve and experimenting with change.

I have helped new and experienced software organizations deliver successful products and services in multiple industries, including Healthcare, Finance and Visual Communication. An example includes building-out an innovative operational delivery platform using Scrum and Kanban frameworks for a nonprofit healthcare organization.

Outside of work I enjoy staying connected to my local adaptive community, volunteering support, participate in different Co-Active Coaching events, attend virtual conferences, and read-up on the latest digital changes across industries. I love adventure, being outdoors, taking risks where needed, and stretching my comfort zone to experience new possibilities.
