Working with a California nonprofit health care insurance provider guiding their digital transformational journey. Business and Technology delivery teams were working in a traditional waterfall project approach.
Challenges
Sr. Leaders and Directors had little experience with adaptive delivery approaches. Project teams had little to no previous background in adaptive theory and or practical experience.
Actions
Designed, created, and trained Sr. Leaders and Directors on adaptive methods across the organization. Providing continuous training and coaching over 100 Sr. Mangers and Leaders on adaptive values and principles that guide the practices and techniques.
